Activity related to the proposed action:

economics, and regulation of mobile ad hoc and spectrum

The EU Mobileman and Cambridge/MIT collaboration projects are looking
at how the larger picture of spectrum management can be understood as
deregulation bites. We are interested in the effects of proliferation
of unregulated, or self-regulated wireless use in the broader arena.
The starting point is work on congestion based pricing, but also some
analogies from physics may be used to self organise systems in a very
general way.
