Dear all,

it's a great pleasure for me to invite you to the 4th COST 290
management committee meeting held on the 13th/14th of October in
Wuerzburg, Germany. Wuerzburg is located in the northern part of Bavaria
just between Frankfurt and Nuremberg. You can find details on
Wuerzburg's home page: www.wuerzburg.de

As requested by Fernando I give you some first information on the
meeting in Wuerzburg. We plan to start at the 13th of October, 9AM and
to finish at the 14th of October, 3PM, latest.

You can reach Wuerzburg easily from the Frankfurt International Airport
with a direct train in about 90 minutes. The trains leave hourly, you
can check for the connections at the following link:

You can also reach Wuerzburg from the Nuremberg, Munich, or Stuttgart
airport.

>From the Nuremberg airport you first take a metro to the central station
and from there an hourly train goes directly to Wuerzburg. The total
transfer from the airport to Wuerzburg central station takes little more
than an hour. You can check the trains using the link above.

>From the Stuttgart or the Munich airport the transfer time is about
three and a half hours. The trains also go hourly.

I recommend booking the rooms early as there seems to be another
congress in Wuerzburg at that time.

We will give you more information shortly and send you the official
invitation letter. If you have any questions you can contact either
Rastin (pries at informatik.uni-wuerzburg.de) or me. In the time from the
4th of August until 14th of September I will be mainly out of office and
I'm not sure if I can check email, so please contact Rastin during that
time.
